Delivering General Installations for Exhibitions
Fitting out exhibition areas, lounges, reception points and signage requires the help of a professional familiar with planning and providing for every aspect of corporate environments. It isn’t just about looking good, it’s also about ensuring peak installation and take-down times, complying with the rules of specific centres, satisfying the needs of your target groups, achieving the goals of your client and, of course, keeping on budget and delivering services on time. Decomakers has been doing just that since 2006!
When George P. Johnson, the world's premier event and experience marketing agency, first contacted Decomakers, their project was for a conference in the IT sector: Gartner Symposium - Itxpo. It was an extensive and eclectic remit which required a global approach to the management of each phase. We mobilized our technical team, graphics department and workshops to ensure the timely delivery of a range of solutions, and notably system structures, custom made carpentry, and mixed custom-made builds.
In tune with the designated floor plan at the exhibition venue, we created check-in desks, hospitality areas, meeting rooms and meet-up booths of various shapes, sizes and types. Exhibitor stands had stylish seating, counters, display furniture, plants, video provision, lighting and copious wall space. A spotlight centre for major presentations featured glass walls to keep out the noise but not the curiosity of passers-by. Stands dedicated to key insights for IT leaders added value to nearby lounges for members of executive programmes and other clubs. Decomakers paid just the right amount of attention to the practical detail, such as rows of one-on-one booking counters, individual replay booths, coffee bars, and comfy chairs and sofas for relaxing and networking.
